Property plans for Epstein's secluded Caribbean island among the released materials.
Furthermore included in this recent document drop appears to be a property layout for Great St James island, found in the Caribbean US territory.
Jeffrey Epstein acquired a more modest island - the Little St James - back in the late 1990s, but acquired the larger adjacent island in 2016 for approximately $22.5 million.
These photos reveal he had drawn up development schemes to build upon the 161-acre island by erecting living quarters, an open-air theater, an underwater office and a reservoir.
You can see the plan is a local waterway, a waterway in the region, noted on the lower right-hand corner.
The architectural drawing is marked up in red pen markings and includes a notes section identifying distinct areas of the estate.
Alongside this are what look to be several other construction diagrams and engineering blueprints, such as plans for marina coverings.
More documentation made public as part of the continuing congressional process.
